She feels she can trust him and has learned that her companions can all rely upon one another. Then, as she becomes dear to him, he decides he must be alone for some time to himself. Stunned by her feeling that she has been abandoned Ghost sets out to prove she can navigate the wasteland without his help. This leads to disastrous consequences. Insecure with her ability to survive, she bonds with a new companion in a situation that jeopardizes her security with the stranger that brought her to safety.
